الملخص
This research is trying to show that the reasons leading to increase the continuing public expenditure in Kurdistan-Iraq region for the period 2004-2013 in accordance with the use of two modes descriptive and inductive, has been validated research hypothesis, and has been the most important to reach the following results:
1-The increase in public expenditure during the study period were not real increases, but that a large part of it was a virtual increases due to high general level of prices, as the overall average for these increases to total public expenditure (99.35%) during the period of the study .Which means that the weakness of the increase in public expenditure was due to the general increase virtual rise in prices in the same period.
2- The general average of the ratio of virtual increase in public expenditures for the year 2004 fixed prices, caused by population increase about (14.62%) during the period of the study.
