الملخص

The research aims to determine the nature of the correlation and the relationship of the impact of organizational career Balastgrac confidence among workers in the mayor of Sulaimaniyah center. And dealt with these search style modern administrative in the application of administrative practices, at the present time, in spite of its appearance in the early management science. In this research the researchers relied on (Organizational Trust) key variable independent included three dimensions represented by (b trust in colleagues, confidence in the president, trust in senior management) and the main variable responder (career soundly), which included three dimensions represented by (b soundly cognitive cognitive, emotional soundly, soundly physical material.
