الملخص

The study is structured on the basis that the conflicts within the organization need organizational agility in dealing with them, especially since the lightness focuses on speed, flexibility, focus and a sense of problems, and this would lead to discovering conflicts, managing them effectively and dealing with them efficiently, hence The study sought to identify the role of organizational agility in managing organizational conflict at Al- Hadba'a University College, and the study examined the correlations and influence between organizational agility represented in (reactive agility, proactive agility, innovative agility) as an independent variable and managing organizational conflict with its methods (Cooperation, avoidance, courtesy, reconciliation) as a dependent variable, The Al- Hadba'a University College as a field for study, and its workers as a community for it, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the sample's (45) members of the workers in the researched college. The study found that there is a correlation and influence between organizational agility and organizational conflict management, and The results showed that the level of adoption by the researched faculty of the variable organizational agility and methods of organizational conflict management is acceptable, and in light of the results obtained, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to increase the level of availability of both organizational agility and its dimensions, and organizational conflict management and methods in the college Searched.
