الملخص
The lineages of the Disequilibrium to the Iraqi economy during the period 1970-2019 through many channels : the first is the deep structural imbalance in its economic structural , which was demonstrated by the adoption of oil as a source of economic growth , and the second is the clash of the unemployment problem after 2003 , and the third is the chronic imbalance in the general budget , and the fourth is the widening gap in domestic and external resources . It is on secret that this disequilibrium , with its various channels , has stopped an insurmountable obstacle facing the wheels of development in Iraq , which has become imperative to address decisively and dismantle its various sources to start the path of sustainable development .
