الملخص

The current research focuses on identifying the nature of the relationship and the impact between sustainable marketing in its dimensions (sustainable product, sustainable pricing - sustainable promotion - sustainable distribution) and customer retention. Mosul Dairy Factory by adopting a questionnaire prepared for this purpose to find out the opinions of a sample of workers, and after collecting the data, it was analyzed statistically by adopting the SPSS program for the purpose of testing the correlation between both variables, and in the light of which a set of conclusions were indicated, including the existence of a correlation between sustainable marketing and customer retention And presenting a set of proposals compatible with it to the organization under study.
