الملخص

In this research, the construction of Poisson regression model which it has been applied to real data, Obtained from the 7up drink Factory in Mosul, This data consists of two variables, The first is called a variable response, denoted by (y) which represents the percentage of carbon dioxide in a 7up drink, The second variable is called the explanatory variable, symbolized by (x), which represents pressure, and the Sample size (600) watch by using the IBM SPSS statistics 23 software to analyze the data, Use the inferential analytical approach Which is to study the regression analysis with Focusing on how to estimate and explain its parameters Through the application of numerical analysis in a way Newton – Raphson to estimate the model parameters After the failure of Maximum Likelihood Method(ML).The goal is to obtain the appropriate model which represents the data under study, use this model to predict the values of the response variable , and depend on Mean Square Error(MSE) In comparing the original values of the data with the predicted values through the model , Results after estimating the Poisson regression model showed that the estimated values converged with the real values and with a small MSE value.
