الملخص

The aim of the research is to know the impact of trustworthy leadership on job immersion through organisational citizenship behaviours as a mediating variable from the point of view of nursing staff sample in a number of major governmental hospitals in the Gaza Strip. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used, and the target research community consisted of (1259) male and female nurses from the three major hospitals in the Gaza Strip. A questionnaire was distributed as a research tool to a random stratified sample of (294) individual, where (274) questionnaires were retrieved with a recovery rate of (93.1%). The research found a set of results, the most important of which are: There is an indirect effect of trustworthy leadership on job immersion with organisational citizenship behaviours as a mediating variable. The research recommended improving the transparency of the relationship between the leader and subordinates so that organisational citizenship behaviours can be developed and job immersion can be enhanced.
