الملخص
The current research included the Directorate of the Municipality of Mosul with its 18 departments including morning and evening and distributed according to the revival of the city of Mosul, commercial and residential. The researcher used two types of measuring instruments, including a content analysis using the organization's records, as well as the design of a questionnaire distributed to employees throughout Mosul to determine their positions Of the quality standards in the municipal services and determine their acceptability to that standard. 166 questionnaires were distributed among the workers from the upper and middle administrations and the labor inspectors in the municipal departments.
