الملخص

The research aim to identify the role of Business Intelligence Techniques in improving the Organization's Reputation in the private sector communications companies (Asia cell, Korek, Zain Iraq) in Nineveh Governorate , as it distributed (120) forms to individuals working in these companies, and the data was analyzed using the program (SPSS) and testing the research hypotheses, and one of the most important conclusions by the research is the awareness of contemporary organizations of the importance of the organization's reputation as being of great value that makes the organization more flexible and able to meet the challenges and competitors in its environment, and the research made recommendations including attention to business intelligence techniques as it constitutes one of the foundations of the success of organizations, Which is touched Is the exchange of data and information, in a way that helps in improving the decision making process.
