الملخص

The research aims to test the relation between the green human resources and e-learning at the Faculty of Administration and Economics,Al Anbar University. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted in analyzing the research problem. The research was conducted on an available sample of (50). In order to deal with these data and to reach the results, the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used. The research found a correlation relationship and a significant statistical impact between the green management of human resources and e-learning. The research recommended a set of recommendations, Exploit available and effective green human resources that will make future changes in e-learning support.
