الملخص

This research aim to identify knowledge makers and their role in achieving strategic Entrepreneurship. Recognizing the importance of the subject as one of the modern topics in management thought, a questionnaire was designed to achieve the objectives of the study including (36) paragraphs to collect data from the study sample consisting of (60) individuals working at all levels in Asiacell branch in Erbil. Where the data were collected, analyzed and tested hypotheses using several statistical methods using the statistical program (SPSS), the study has reached several results, the most important of which is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge makers and strategic leadership, the research also recommended the need to adopt all aspects of knowledge In order to achieve a leadership position through the use of the principles of participation in achieving the goals, and taking suggestions and opinions of workers and put a serious position in the company surveyed.
