الملخص
The public spending and domestic spending of variables that are effective on the foreign direct investment flow, and that because it reflects a positive impact on the provision of suitable foreign investor working environment by creating infrastructure and institutional large consumer market to increase the demand for goods and services produced by these investments, as the research aims to statement and the role of this spending on foreign direct investment flow using a model vector error correction (VECM), and the research found a relationship equilibrium long-term between the departments of public spending (current spending, investment spending) and foreign direct investment, and there is no relationship equilibrium long-term between domestic spending and foreign direct investment .
