الملخص

The objective of this research is to identify the nature of the relationship between talent management and the quality of the career through its dimensions (attracting talent, managing talent performance, talent development, talent retention) and the quality of the career through its dimensions (functional and organizational factors, material and moral factors) And to try to come up with a set of recommendations for the hospitals in question to contribute to achieving their desired goals. To clarify the relationship between the main and secondary research variables, the data collection on the questionnaire was adopted as a basic tool. (Princess Basma Hospital, Princess Badia Hospital, Princess Rahma Hospital, King Abdullah Foundation Hospital, Irbid Specialist Hospital, Prince Rashid Bin Al Hassan Military Hospital), in order to ensure that the sample As a representative of the research society, the stratified random sampling method was chosen from the hospital staff through the use of the comprehensive survey method. 105 questionnaires were distributed and were represented by (8%) of the total population. The questionnaire was retrieved (103) Invalid forms to be used as such (100) questionnaire. All the questionnaire was analyzed for statistical analysis using the SPSS program and based on a set of selected statistical methods to study the relation and effect (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression). The most prominent is the existence of a significant correlation between the management of talent and the quality of career. It also emerged that there is a significant influence on talent management in the practices and adoption of the quality of the career, and that the level of influence increases in their presence together, indicating the distinctive role played by The gift and its role in Jordanian hospitals towards adopting quality work life practices.
