تشخيص واقع المقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية: دراسة مقارنة في عينة من الكليات الاهلية

الملخص

سعى البحث الحالي إلى تشخيص واقع المقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية في عينة من الكليات الأهلية، من خلال اجراء دراسة مقارنة بينها، والتي بلغت 10 كليات أهلية توزعت في 5 محافظات. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة بمحاولة تشخيص واقع المقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية من خلال بيان مستوى توافرها في الكليات المبحوثة. تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام الاستبانة المكونة من 38 فقرة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات من عينة البحث، والتي تكونت من (العمداء- معاوني العمداء- رؤساء الأقسام)، وبلغ عددهم 128 مسؤولاً. استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة لتحليل البيانات، وذلك باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS,26). بناءً على التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات، أتضح أن مستوى امتلاك الموارد البشرية للمقدرات الجوهرية في الكليات الأهلية متوافر بشكل مرتفع ولا توجد أي فروق ذات دلالة معنوية فيما بين الكليات الأهلية بما يخص تمتع مواردها البشرية بالمقدرات الجوهرية، وتبعا لذلك، قدم الباحثان عددا من التوصيات، أهمها ضرورة تعزيز الاهتمام بالمقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية.
