الملخص

        هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة والأثر بين سلسلة التجهيز التعاونية والميزة التعاونية في الشركة الوطنية للأثاث المنزلي في الموصل، ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم تقديم أنموذج افتراضي يضم أبعاد سلسلة التجهيز التعاونية وعلاقتها بالميزة  التعاونية,وتم صياغة عدد من الفرضيات، وقد تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات مع استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية لاختبار فرضيات البحث باستخدام البرنامج الجاهز SPSS V.24، تم توزيع (30) استمارة وقد تم استرجاع (28) استمارة والتي  تمثل نسبة (93%) ,حيث إن في السنوات الأخيرة برزت الحاجة للعديد من الشركات إلى الانفتاح والتعاون مع المنظمات من خارج المنظمة. الأمر الذي أعطى الفرصة للتعاون مع الشركاء لضمان بأن تكون سلسلة التجهيز فعالة وتستجيب إلى حاجات السوق المتغيرة. لهذا السبب الشركات استمرت في اعتماد مبدا التعاونية في سلسلة التجهيز من اجل بقاء الموارد لكلا من الزبون والمجهز.
