الملخص
ان هذه الدراسة تسعى لمعرفة مدى اثر ادارة الازمات في الحد من ازمة كورونا داخل مؤسسة التعليم العالي ولقد تم تطبيقها في جامعة البصرة .اذ يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة أعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين في جامعة البصرة ونظرا لصعوبة اجراء الحصر الشامل لكافة أفراد مجتمع الدراسة فقد قام الباحث باستخدام أسلوب العينات من خلال اختيار طريقة العينة البسيطة في اختيار أفراد العينة وبلغ عدد افراد العينة المختارة حوالى 320 استمارة وبلغت عدد الاستمارات الصحيحة والتي استخدمت في التحليل 300 استمارة.واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كأسلوب لإجراء الدراسة الحالية وكذلك تم تطبيق برنامج spss للوصول الى اهم النتائج. و كانت من اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها هذه الدراسة هي ارتفاع مستوى الاكتشاف المبكر للأزمات في الجامعة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة ، و ارتفاع مستوى وقدرة الجامعة على مواجهة الازمات من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة ، مما يبين ارتفاع مستوى الجامعة في التقييم والمتابعة للازمات من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة ، بناءاً على ذلك اوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات كان من اهمها العمل على الحفاظ على المستوى المرتفع من قدرة الجامعة على مواجهة الازمات من خلال توفير كافة الامكانيات البشرية والفنية التي يمكن من خلالها زيادة قدرات الجامعة والحفاظ على مقدرتها في مواجهة الازمات وكذلك تهيئة البنى التحتية اللازمة لمواجه مثل هكذا ازمات.
