The questionnaire was prepared based on previous studies as a tool for data collection. The sample of study was (217). With regard to testing the study model, it was in two stages, the first stage was testing the measurement model for the study constructs, and then testing the structural model (by adopting the structural equations modeling method) through the statistical software (AMOS 26). The statistical results showed that there is a significant effect of the organizational readiness for change in the personal innovativeness of information technology. The most important result of study is that organizational readiness is a major construct in enhancing personal innovativeness.
