The developing countries have been faced ,via its developing march ,many problems according to the circumistances of every country .The most important problem is the lock of capitalization resulting to the crisis of foreign debtorship ,because of the less of local saving .The essence of economic developing problem in many countries is the lack averages of the local earnings .
So ,these developing countries depend on the foreign credit . Debtorships problem emerges as a big one of the economic history . This research deals with the reasons behind increasing the averages of foreign . Debtorships and the way to lessen it . Also it deals with the role of ( paris club ) wheather or not possative.
