الملخص

This study aims to specify the factor and variable effecting on organizational through fifty questionnaires prepared for this purpose , depending on (SPSS) to do statistical analysis of data .the hypothesis of the study is : there is a relation ship and effect between some variables and organizational commitment in the employees of al-anbar technical institute .
The study submitted a number of conclusions from them :-
• The sample directed positively o organizational commitment .
• There is a positive and strong correlation relationship among independent variables .
• There is a positive and strong correlations relationship between independent variables and organizational commitment .
Finally the research finished to a number of the recommendations the important of them is that , it is necessary to (ATI) to Focus on organizational commitment to increase the feeling of belonging and stability and accomplishment .
