The existence of any organization depends on good and efficient leadership to achieve certain goals to reach Total Quality
The research aims to determine the nature, kinds and styles of leadership and it's effect towards the employers in the organization. The researcher chose the general company of central markets at Baghdad sample to the research. The result of the research is the active leadership has the role in superiority to achieve the requirements of Total Quality .
