Abstract

 The research aims to explore the business model concept as a recent emerging . Business model is defined as the tool that create value  organization and captures it , it doesn't matter if the organization is public or private ,and doesn't matter if it is a profit organization or not. All organizations have business models . Business model has three dimensions ( create value , value preposition and value capture). These three dimensions are summary of nine main components of business model : costumers , costumers relationships , value preposition , main activities , main partners , channels , main resources , revenue sources and cost structure . The research depended the descriptive analytical method , theory studying , Then produce several of conclusions and suggestions that could be the way to stimulate Iraqi organizationsleaders and achieving value.
