Abstract
This research aims to light on the measurement impact of success factors of knowledge management though twelve after she is (management leadership and support, organizational culture, information technology, knowledge management strategy, performance measurement, organizational infrastructure, processes and activates, human resource management, benchmarking) in the job performance functional ( job satisfaction, quality, the absence of employees, productivity, creativity, time) the problem of the research was president by the to how far you are adopting state company for electrical and electronic industries critical success factors to knowledge management and its impact on the job performance, the research imports in the most important the critical success factors to knowledge management increasing the attention of managers to hire to achieve a high performance level, the researcher has adopted the analytical transition approach as a means to get the data from his appointment from(333) manager from out(350) manager using the (authority and interviews), this translation was designed for this purpose and analyzing data which have been obtained and processed using the prepared standard methods(sppv24) and factors(alphcronbach), and test(komogorove-simirnov), analysis of the underwear, simple linear border( pearson), and the program support(amosv24) add to linear stress coefficient he explained the relationship between the variables, the research finds a presence the impact of critical success factors to knowledge management dimensions in job performance.
