الملخص

تشير البحث الى دراسة أثر خصائص القادة الرياديين في اكتشاف الفرص الريادية واستثمارها وتحديدا في جامعة كركوك التي تعد من الجامعات الناشئة في العراق، عبر معرفة اثر خصائص القادة الرياديين في اكتشاف الفرص الريادية ومن ثم العمل على استثمارها، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع ووصف وتحليل البيانات المجمعة بوساطة الاستبانة التي تمثلت بالأداة الرئيسة للدراسة، تمثل مجتمع الدراسة من( 132) فردا والمتمثل بـ ( رئيس الجامعة، مساعد رئيس الجامعة، عميد، معاون عميد، رئيس قسم)، اختيرت عينة قصدية بأسلوب الحصر الشامل بواقع (132) ووزعت عليهم الاستبانة وتم استرجاع (121) أستبانة ( 3 ) منها كانت تالفة و( 118 ) استبانه كانت جميعها صالحة للتحليل.
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت أليها البحث الى أن القيادة الريادية في جامعة كركوك تستطيع بما تمتاز به من خصائص في مواجهة التحديات واستيعاب عدم التأكد وتمهيد الطريق لأعمال الجامعة وبناء الالتزام داخل الجامعة فضلا عن تحديد الحدود أو الأولويات من اكتشاف الفرص الريادية واستثمارها، ألا أن هذا الاكتشاف والاستثمار محدود نوعا ما بمدى توافر وتخصيص الموارد ، وأوصت الدراسة باستحصال الدعم  اللازم من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ومحافظة كركوك لزيادة توفير فرص العمل الاستثمار في الطاقات الشابة  .
